Nerdy Optometrist

59. Power of determination with Dr. Glenda- Aleman Moheeputh

Ukti Vora / Dr. Glenda - Aleman Season 1 Episode 59

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade-  This might sound cliché but in this conversation I had a opportunity to speak with Dr. Glenda- Aleman Moheeputh who believes in this philosophy and has constantly challenged the norms, broken barriers and paved her own path with pure determination. She is the owner of 2 speciality contact lens practices,  myopia management expert, currently serves as the president of the American Academy of Myopia Control and Orthokeratology (AAOMC) South Florida Chapter and also serves on the Chair Advisory Committee of the Broward College Opticianry program.

Some of the episode highlights include:

  1. Learn how she bumped into the optical and optometry world
  2. Learn the power of manifestation, positivity and determination
  3. Importance of giving your 100% even if its a simple college project

&much more.

Along with all of the learnings check out our fun "Rapid Fire " to get some interesting insights about our guest.
